Terms of Service

Quanteia India is an information and analytics platform. It is not a stockbroker, a depository participant, a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (IA), or a SEBI-registered Research Analyst (RA). Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment services.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Use of the Service from any jurisdiction where such use is restricted by law is your responsibility.

Account creation may be required for paid features. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Paid plans are billed in INR via our payments partner. Trial periods convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Renewal occurs at the rate disclosed at sign-up. Tax invoices including GST are issued.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the current paid period. See our Refund Policy for the 14-day money-back guarantee.

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or scrape the Service; (b) resell or sublicense access; (c) misrepresent the data as your own original work; (d) use the Service to harass any person; or (e) violate any applicable law, including SEBI regulations and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

All Service content — code, design, written articles, and analytics — is the property of the Company or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link.

Market data is sourced from public exchange endpoints and licensed third parties. We make no representation about accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Data may be delayed. You should independently verify any data before relying on it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost trading profits. Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid us during that period.

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to applicable mandatory consumer-protection provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-product notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
